What we do
Mountain Escapes is being developed as a private Blue Mountains short-break and day-trip service from Sydney. The concept combines private transport, itinerary planning, scenic touring and booking support for restaurants, spas, breweries, walks and attractions — designed around where you stay and what you love to do.
Two days lets you slow down, enjoy a long lunch and catch sunrise or sunset at a quiet lookout.
Boutique stays, spa and sauna, fine dining and scenic touring — all arranged around your accommodation.
Real Blue Mountains towns, restaurants and venues — not a script, not a coach park.
Featured escapes
Each escape is fully customisable. Use these as starting points — we'll shape the itinerary around your group, accommodation and interests.

Ask About This Itinerary
One-day option
Only have one day? We also offer private Blue Mountains day trips from Sydney — flexible routes covering Echo Point, the Three Sisters, Scenic World, Leura, Wentworth Falls, Blackheath or a long lunch. A private alternative to fixed coach tours, designed around your pace.
View Day TripsHow it works
Mountain Escapes does not sell or resell accommodation. You book your own hotel, guesthouse, retreat or cottage directly — Lilianfels in Katoomba, Fairmont in Leura, Kyah in Blackheath, the Hydro Majestic at Medlow Bath, a Megalong Valley cottage, or anywhere else that suits you.
We then plan everything around your stay: private Sydney pickup, scenic touring, restaurant and spa bookings, attraction timing and your return transfer. You get a property you genuinely love, and a curated escape built around it.

Why travel privately?
Group coach tours can be rushed and self-driving can limit what you can enjoy — a brewery lunch or a glass of wine in Blackheath isn't really possible if you have to drive back to Sydney.
With Mountain Escapes you stay longer where you love it, skip what doesn't appeal, and don't worry about roads, parking or designated driving.

Private. Local. Overnight-focused.
"Planned around what you actually want to do — and where you're sleeping."
